3. Pricing and Payments

• Currency & Adjustments: All prices listed on our store are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue a product collection at any time.

• Payment Security: Payments must be made through our authorized and secure third-party payment gateways at checkout. Banstore does not store your raw credit/debit card details.

• Order Rejection: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. This may happen due to limited stock, inaccuracies in pricing/product info, or suspected fraudulent activity flagged by our payment gateway.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Custom Duties

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within the timeline specified during checkout (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• Delivery Inaccuracies: We ship to the exact address provided by the customer. Banstore is not responsible for delayed deliveries or lost packages due to incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.

• International Orders: For global shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Policy Compliance: All returns or exchanges must be initiated within our specified return window, provided the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging.
